Refund and Delivery Policy

The Write Method Ebook & Writing Workspace is a digital product. After checkout you receive the ebook and an email confirming your purchase, and workspace access is granted to the email address used at checkout. Access is normally available within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, email hello@leftwichpresschristianpublishing.com and we will help right away.

If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request. Because the ebook and workspace are delivered immediately, refunds are granted at our discretion and generally where the product was not delivered, was not accessible, or was purchased in error.

For live classes, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first session. After a class begins, fees are non refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a future session by emailing us.

Custom services are quoted individually. Deposits reserve your place in our schedule and are non refundable once work has started. Any unused portion of a prepaid engagement may be refunded or credited by agreement.

Email hello@leftwichpresschristianpublishing.com with the name and email used at checkout, the product purchased, and the reason for your request. We reply to every request, usually within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
